Business Philosophy:
“Honesty is the best policy”
…..Ben Franklin
“Reciprocity and Civility”…..I believe that both parties to a real estate transaction should treat the other with truthfulness, respect and civility. Generally both parties are winners in a well executed real estate transaction. The seller converts his hard asset to money or a new property with new
location and potential. The buyer obtains a home, a business location or a piece of his/her/their “dream destination”.
“Liaison and Common Sense”…….I do not control the market as a salesman of real estate. The market is an economic force outside our control. First I need to supply professional information to both buyers and sellers. With enough good information each party can make informed decisions. In truth buying and selling real estate requires common sense and some logic. We all can fall in love with our homes and properties and are blind to its faults. I am not part of the emotions which can be triggered. I am the messenger not the message. I am your guide through the complexities and emotional ride of the transaction. Of course the sale is important to my compensation for my professional work but the respect and my future relation with both parties is more important. I need the respect and referrals from both the buyers and sellers for future business.
